Heat oil in wok. Add garlic, ginger, red pepper, cayenne pepper. Wait for the garlic to just start to turn brown, then add the chicken breast pieces. Saute until the chicken is white on all sides. Add cilantro, lemon juice and paprika. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the steam dies down. Add soy sauce with sugar mixed in, take off heat, and stir until well-mixed.
Boil water, cook noodles for about 5 minutes or so (not quite long enough for them to be done, but almost...I suggest looking at what the package recommends, and subtracting a minute or two from the minimum.) Drain.
Add more oil to wok. Turn heat back up to high and heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the noodles. Mix the noodles and chicken and spices well. Try not to break the noodles. Once the noodles just start to turn brown and stick to the pot you are done...turn off the heat and take the wok off the heat, and scrape the stuff out onto two plates and eat it immediately. You will not be sorry.
This makes about 2 servings. You probably want to have something bland to go with it (rice?).
Why is it called "secret recipe"? Well...
