I like to cook things. I don't feel like going into why I like doing this, though, at least, not right now. But I am going to share some of my recipes with you. Experience the mystery.
Some of these recipes are taken from the immortal book, Joy of Cooking, Rombauer and Becker, 1995 edition. I like this book so much I bought a copy for myself. This will be a Good Thing. You should buy this book. And I have good reasons for copying recipes out of The Book; there is a lot of commentary included on the things I have copied.
Brian and John's Midnight Gourmet(TM) is an impromptu organization that refers to me (Brian) and my brother (John) who sometimes used to cook stuff together at 3 AM or earlier. We make fun of terms such as "fryer" ("Fryer! Fryer! Fryyyyeerrrrrrrr!!! heh heheheheh") and invent new things out of perfectly good recipes.
