Strawberry and Cookie Starburst Yogurt

Mix in a bowl:

• 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
• Handful of raisins
• Teaspoon of vanilla extract

If feeling adventurous, drizzle in a spiral pattern:

• (Optional) teaspoon of honey

Have ready:

• 4 strawberries, rinsed, quartered
• 4 Archway date-filled oatmeal cookies

Scrape sides of bowl so that there isn't any goo on the sides. Arrange strawberry quarters in middle, in a starburst shape. Stick oatmeal cookies in a ring around the outside of the strawberry starburst, so that they are half-submerged in the yogurt.

This is pretty to look at and tasty to devour and easy to make. It was developed, incidentally, as a way to take everyone's mind off a dinner that may not have been so great. (Ha!)
