Currently, there's only one screenshot, as vmips isn't very visually exciting. But here goes:
Dec. 17, 2001: This is a screenshot of
vmips 1.0.2 running the "Hello, world" program from the
test_code distribution, with instruction counting enabled. It's
compiled with debugging instead of optimization, and it's running
on a relatively slow machine with a cold cache, which accounts for
the rather dismal speeds; I've seen it run as fast as 6 times the
quoted speed. Yeah, that's it. I know. Excuses excuses.
